NGAMN promotes events throughout the year that bring together members and other stakeholders to foster stronger relationships, to support professional development, and to establish priorities for the association.
National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) National Conference
148th General Conference & Exhibition | Indianapolis, Indiana | August 28-31, 2026 | Registration is open!
Registration includes coffee breaks, professional development sessions, exhibit hall access, exhibit hall ribbon cutting, brunch, hospitality night, the Governor’s Reception, the Spouses Luncheon, and the States Dinner. Registration fee for all members, spouse, and additional guests is $200 per person.
Get your registration form here and email completed form to director@ngamn.org NLT July 2nd. Reminder, after July 10th there are no refunds. Forms can be mailed by USPS (address at bottom of page), but MUST be to the Executive Director NLT July 2nd!
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by July 10th, 2026, by 10:00 PM CDT. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund of their registration, minus a $15.00 administrative fee. Please email cancellations requests to director@ngamn.org. All refunds will be processed after the conference concludes. Beginning July 11th, 2026, all sales are final.

This event is held on the first Friday of December. It's a great evening to break out that Christmas tie and/or socks. Free onsite parking. Come join us for an evening of information and fun!
